Islander Joseph the Magician is tellling Mayor Frank Chapman just what he can do with his opinion of the Island's restaurants, because he knows where he's going to stick his opinion of the Mayor - on the back of his car.






Joseph is having 5000 bumper stickers printed up with his sentiment about the mayor's recent pronouncements that Hilton Heads eateries are "Too expensive and the food's bad.






His BUMPER STICKERS, read: "If you're Leaving Hilton Head: PLEASE take the MAYOR."






Joseph said he's selling the bumper stickers for $5.00, to help recover the cost of his political statement. callling his ad protest the "Organization of concerned Citizens and Restaurateurs," plus you get a voters registration Form along with the stickers so you can vote from Home.






The person representing this Island of beauty shouldn't be saying such ugly things about the food here. Who made him the food critic?" he said.






As a performer around town, and an Islander for 5 years, he said, he feels a loyalty to the food and beverage business that has been good to him and privides many jobs here.
